You can submit this form and join without checking either SMS box — SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of using Pulse. We record the timestamp, the consent text shown above, and the IP address you submit from. We never sell or share your number for marketing.

What happens next?

Healthcare organizations on the Pulse platform get a feed of new registrants ranked by their AI against their open clinical roles. If your background matches one, an HR coordinator from that organization may reach out by email — and by SMS only if you opted in above. Each text message identifies the hospital or health system and includes STOP / HELP keywords.

If you opted into SMS, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Pulse-sent text. The opt-out is applied across the platform. You won't receive SMS from any organization using Pulse again until you opt back in.
